Do not create harmful or deceptive content
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative sexual content.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content intended to humiliate or harass.
- Material that meaningfully facilitates violence, self-harm, dangerous wrongdoing, or illegal products and services.
- Deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, fraudulent documents, phishing, scams, or misleading political content.
- Targeted hateful or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics.
- False medical, legal, financial, safety, or product claims presented as verified fact.
- Listings or property claims that misstate a property, its price, its status, or its features.
Respect people and brands
Only upload or use personal images, logos, trademarks, copyrighted material, and confidential business assets when you have a lawful basis and the necessary permission. Do not present invented endorsements, likenesses, testimonials, or brand partnerships as real.
Don’t present a made-up or edited image as an authentic event, person, product result or record. Where the law, your MLS or your brokerage requires a statement about an edited image, include it.
Real estate marketing
Follow fair housing laws. Describe the property, not the people you think should live there, and don’t express a preference for or against anyone because of a protected characteristic, such as race, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
You are responsible for the disclosures your MLS, brokerage, state, and advertising rules require, for example for a virtually staged or edited photo, or an image that isn’t of the property itself. Social requires your brokerage name on every post, but it doesn’t check posts against MLS or advertising rules for you. If a post needs a disclosure, add it to the caption before you approve it.
Designs Sam makes from your listing photos can be reframed, cropped, restyled, or newly composed. Compare each one with the real property before you post it, and don’t post an image that shows a feature the property doesn’t have.
Protect the service
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or safety controls, probe or extract secrets, access another workspace, connect social accounts you aren’t allowed to post to, use Social to post spam or content a network doesn’t allow, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, interfere with infrastructure, or use Social outputs to train or operate a competing service in violation of applicable rights or agreements.
Enforcement
We may block a request, remove content, limit generation or posting, investigate activity, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or protect users, providers, or the public. Context matters, including artistic, educational, newsworthy, and clearly fictional uses.
If you believe a decision was mistaken, use Need help? in your Social workspace or email team@propertysimple.com, and include the project and request involved.
