How Sam makes the work
AI models help Sam understand requests, look up public information, shape creative direction, transcribe voice, write captions, and create or edit images. You should still review every design and post before it goes out into the world.
We don’t use your uploads, listings, About you details or the posts Sam makes to train AI models, and our AI providers’ business terms don’t let them use it for training either. OpenAI keeps requests for 30 days to run the service and check for abuse, and can keep them longer when the law requires it.
Your inputs and outputs
As between you and PropertySimple, you own what you upload and the designs, captions and videos Sam makes for you. You give PropertySimple the permission it needs to run Social with them, as the Terms describe. Make sure you are allowed to use uploaded images, listing photography, logos, fonts, names, likenesses, and other references.
Copyright law differs by country and may require meaningful human authorship, so a generated image may not qualify for copyright protection. We can’t promise exclusivity or registration eligibility.
Listing photos and property facts
Sam works from your listing photos and the facts in your PropertySimple listings, and isn’t meant to add features a property doesn’t have. Posts made straight from your listing photos use them whole. A design can reframe, crop, restyle, or add text to a listing photo, and some designs are new images composed from your photos, which can still get details wrong.
Before you approve a post, compare every property image with the real home, check the facts against your listing, and add to the caption any disclosure your MLS, brokerage, or advertising rules require. Apart from your brokerage name, Social doesn’t add disclosures to your posts.
Similarity and originality
Generative systems can produce similar work for different users. Outputs may unintentionally resemble existing styles, compositions, characters, logos, or protected works. Social’s Inspiration library communicates visual mechanisms and taste; it is not a license to copy another creator’s protected expression.
Before using important public work—especially a logo, identity system, packaging, campaign, or merchandise—perform an originality and trademark review appropriate to the risk. For logos, Sam should be treated as a concept-development tool until the selected mark has been cleared and rebuilt in production-ready vector form.
People, properties, and truth
Review people, property details, prices, contact information, offers, and factual claims. Don’t imply a real person’s endorsement or present an invented event or an edited property image as authentic. Where the law, your MLS or your brokerage requires a statement about an altered listing photo, such as a virtually staged room, add it to the caption before you approve the post.
Production review
Generated files can be excellent creative masters, but final use may require additional work. Check dimensions, safe zones, crops, color mode, bleed, resolution, accessibility, platform rules, font and image licensing, and legal copy before publication or print.
